Refund policy

Sale items and all gift card transactions may be returned for store credit or exchange only. Customers will be responsible for return shipping on all online sales.

Climbing gear cannot be returned for safety reasons. 

All other online sales may be returned for a full refund within 30 days, minus any shipping fees. The customer is responsible for return shipping on any sale. After 30 days store credit or exchange only and the customer is still responsible for return shipping.
